Mariana Alves has a degree in New Communication Technologies from the University of Aveiro and is currently in the first year of her Masters in Communication and Web Technologies. She is currently part of TRUE (Trustworthy news and Related content for a Unified Writing Environment), a project aiming to develop a digital platform to support news writing that can be useful in preparing school newspapers.
Her interests lie in user experience and user interface design.
