Social iTV team from DigiMedia research unit is developing application that works as a social network for seniors.

Jorge Ferraz de Abreu was interviewed by Localvisão about the iNeighbour TV project that promotes active ageing.

“At the University of Aveiro, an application was developed to improve the social life of seniors. iNeighbour TV is the name of the Portuguese interactive system that keeps the elderly connected with the outside, through a simple television.”
